All of our products are carefully verified and once they leave the store they will not be able to be returned.
The bookings can be cancelled in advanced but they need to be cancelled in a period of 48 hours minimum or 24 hours maximum. If this time is passed we will not refund the booking deposit.
If anything happens with the service within 48 hours of the appointment finalizing, please contact us we will help you with any repairs free of charge. However if the time limit is passed we will not be able to help you.
